LoginRadius is seeking a Demand Generation – Paid Ad Manager to join our incredibly successful marketing team in Vancouver. Are you competitive and self-motivated? Do you have previous marketing experience or want to build career in marketing. Do you want to join a high producing team in a fast-paced company?

Responsibilities
  • Build paid ad strategy for demand generation particularly SQLs and MQLs for Sales team
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Partnerships to align campaigns with the quarterly and annual goals
  • Build ad messages, write copies and work closely with design team to get all the graphics done
  • Build content for landing pages and work closely with design and engineering team to get the pages done
  • Run SEM campaigns targeting relevant keywords including LoginRadius keywords
  • Run retargeting/remarketing campaigns through AdRoll & Google Adwords
  • Run CRM targeting campaigns
  • Run ads on social networks particularly on Linkedin
  • Manage ad spending
  • Monitor, optimize and report campaigns
  • Optimize landing page conversions
  • Work closely with marketing automation team to convert MQLs and SQLs
  • Exceed the sales pipeline building targets within set economic metrics such as cost per lead, CPC, etc
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of marketing and sales metrics
  • 2 – 5 years experience in running paid ads for B2B companies and marketing experience
  • Previously has managed significant size of ad budget
  • Excellent written skills and user experience knowledge
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • University degree is required
