We’re on the hunt for a talented and tech savvy HR Generalist  to join our team!  This strategic-minded and employee-centric LoginRadius brand ambassador is passionate about people but also technology. They see opportunity where others cannot and have successfully scaled teams in the High Tech and/or Software industries!

Your Role…
  • Responsible for the day-to-day delivery, coordination and administration of HR activities and programs
  • Responsible for the on boarding process for new hires including creating offer letters, orientation, system access and compliance
  • Develop and implement Human Resources programs and initiatives around performance management, organizational development, orientation, development and training, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and employee wellness;
  • Manage and verify employee data in systems and ensure necessary updates and changes are made on a timely basis
  • Research and update policies as required and address employee inquiries on HR policies and procedures
  • Manage HR issues such as conflict resolution, disciplinary actions and terminations; provide guidance and advice as appropriate
  • Build strong relationships with employees throughout the company and act as liaison between other departments, divisions and stakeholders
  • Assist with off boarding responsibilities including exit interview coordination and property collection
  • Participate in special projects such as employee surveys and general HR projects and initiatives
  • Assist in Recruitment depending upon requirement and priority
  • Partner closely with leadership to deeply understand their teams and hiring needs while making hiring recommendations, support events, and build strategy to hire amazing people for LoginRadius
  • Work very well with teammates in recruiting and across the company to ensure a phenomenal experience for all involved, especially candidates
  • Create, recommend, and implement strategies to solve problems and build pipelines through sourcing, referrals, research, and events
  • Managing office related activities 
  • Working towards employer branding of the company 
  • Identify new ways to build awareness of LoginRadius in the hiring markets
  • Work towards employer branding of LoginRadius 
  • Track pipeline data and provide relevant updates to partners on all roles/projects supported

What you bring to the table…
  • 3+ years’ work experience in an HR Generalist/Business Partner role including, performance management, change management, and employee communications
  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline
  • Agile, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and re-align objectives when needed
  • Superior employee relations and influencing skills
  • Experience working with: Microsoft Office, HR software 
  • Knowledge of Canadian employment laws
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results
  • Ability to deliver results with little supervision in a dynamic environment
  • Proven effective consulting skills with an ability to drive impact
  • Proven ability to collaborate and work in a data driven organization
  • Experience working in a start-up where your responsibilities stretch between strategic and tactical
  • Demonstrated strong ownership and attention to detail
