As an Office Manager/Executive Assistant you will be helping us with managing our office and supporting a staff of 21 employees. Your main responsibilities will consist of 75% office management and 25% executive assistance. 

  • Administrative support to the office day-to- day operations
  • Provide phone and email based engagements with our clients
  • Assistance in reception functions including point of contact for guests and customers, answer and
  • filter all incoming phone and email inquiries
  • Manage customer accounts
  • Document in detail all interactions with customers with high level of accuracy
  • Create weekly and monthly metric reports for the management

Requirement Summary:
  • Well organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
  • Effective oral and written communication skills and ability to work cooperatively with internal and external business partners
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Strong inter-personal skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Data entry skills
  • Proven ability to work in a high paced, nimble, and fluid work environment
  • Previous experience in customer service role is a plus
  • College/University degree/diploma preferred
  • Excellent communication, writing, and listening skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Very friendly personality
  • 0 – 2 years previous customer facing work experience
