Operation/Office Manager – Jaipur

- Administrative support to the office day-to-day operations
- Assistance in reception functions including point of contact for guests and customers, answer and filter all incoming phone and email inquiries
- Creating, maintaining, and entering information as needed.
- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
- Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
- Performing general office duties and errands.
- Organizing travel by booking accommodations and reservations needs as required.
- Coordinating events as necessary.
- Maintaining supply inventory, asset inventory.
- Responsible for purchases for office.
- Maintaining office equipment as needed.
- Well organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Effective oral and written communication skills and ability to work cooperatively with internal and external business partners
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Data entry skills
- Proven ability to work in a high paced, nimble, and fluid work environment
- Previous experience in office or operation manager role
- College/University degree is required
- Strong computer skills
- Very friendly personality
- 1 – 5 years previous work experience in similar role
