We’re looking for a Paid Marketing Specialist to join our successful marketing team. This individual will run paid ad campaigns and will be responsible to develop and execute all ad campaigns, manage budgets, analyze ad performance across all digital channels. Your role…

  • Develop the lead generation strategy across paid ad channels (SEM, Retargeting, Social, etc)
  • Create, monitor, track, evaluate and optimize ad campaign to maximize ROI
  • Solve problems flexibly and creatively while operating in an environment where the rules change frequently
  • Tests, hypothesizes, assesses results, and continually optimizes to evolve strategy
  • Ensures campaign KPIs are met both short and long term and provide weekly and monthly reports to executive team
  • Develops cohesive acquisition strategy and aligns to quarterly sales and marketing calendars
  • Works in close collaboration with Marketing, Sales and Design teams to help drive MQLs and SQLs
  • Leverages Analytics tools to develop a clear and robust understanding of impact of key paid channels and develops a multi-touch attribution model
  • Manages budget within defined metrics, whilst optimizing weekly/monthly ROI through optimizing spend across channels and campaigns
  • Works with and manages external vendors and partners

What you bring to the table…

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with paid marketing in B2B setting
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze data, understand metrics and make actionable items
  • Data driven with high attention to detail
  • Experience with analytical tools including Google Analytics
  • ROI drive and good financial understanding of marketing metrics such as CAC
  • Have an amazing organizational skills and can juggle multiple priorities at once
  • Able to work independently, but also as a team player with strong communication skills and collaboration
  • University degree is required
