LoginRadius is seeking a  Sales Development Rep Outbound  to join our incredibly successful sales team in Vancouver. Are you competitive and self-motivated? Do you have previous sales experience or want to build career in sales? Do you want to join a high producing team in a fast-paced company? Come join our team and help us make money moves.
Your Role…
  • Build list of target companies and target individuals within those companies
  • Generate interest via prospecting, and develop accounts to generate leads
  • Educate, qualify, and develop generated leads to create sales-ready leads and opportunities
  • Interact with prospects via telephone, email and Linkedin
  • Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections
  • Become a trusted resource and develop superior relationships with prospects
  • Exceed your daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly activity quota
  • Distribute qualified leads to appropriate AEs while providing them with the necessary information
  • Update lead scoring and prospect interaction in Salesforce CRM to ensure efficient lead management
  • Consistently exceed qualified opportunity quotas to ensure revenue objectives
  • Provide a closed-loop feedback to ensure continuous process optimization
What you bring to the table…
  • A self-starter with a track record of successful, credible lead follow-ups, as well as sales development at multiple executive levels within an organization
  • Highly organized and Superior attention to detail
  • Call structure and control
  • Time and territory management
  • Team player with the ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment
  • Positive and energetic phone communication skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills
  • The highest level of integrity
  • Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (email, voicemail, MS Office)
  • Sales training and Salesforce.com experience a plus
  • University degree required
You will receive thorough training to kick-start your sales career. LoginRadius employees who demonstrate high performance and commitment will have the opportunity to be full-time Account Executive in 12 months within our sales team.
