We are hiring a driven Sales Operations Manager. The Sales Operations Manager role lies at the core of the Sales team and is a key resource in delivering the disciplines and information required to help drive sales performance, predictability, and efficiency. These depend on the consistent execution of our sales methodology, processes, tools, and procedures coupled with continuous improvement in reporting, analytics, forecasting and performance metrics. This role is therefore central to developing world-class Sales performance and building a scalable global operation that enables our growth. 

The functional groups that the Sales Operations Manager is required to work closely with include: Sales Reps, BDR’s, Sales Directors, Solution Engineers, Head of Solution Engineering, CEO, Customer Success Managers, and Finance.

Your Role

  • SFDC – responsible for the maintenance and management of SalesForce.com data, as well as the management sales reports, ensuring salespeople comply with their responsibilities 
  • Analysis – defining, tracking and reporting sales performance metrics and trends 
  • Forecasting – manage and maintain forecasting process and tools for the Sales team
  • Reporting – creating, validating and distributing all sales reports 
  • Pipeline reviews – provide reports and data required to support pipeline reviews
  • Process – create, maintain and present documentation for the core sales process 
  • Tools – ongoing development of analysis and reporting tools in SFDC, Outreach and other platforms 
  • Bid Management – the owner of the process who will be responsible in ensuring that we deliver tender responses on time 
  • Planning – provide specific analysis and input into the global business planning process 

What you bring to the table

  • Superior organizational and time management skills
  • Able to work at all levels within the Sales organization team to support, coach and enforce where necessary the knowledge and disciplines required to achieve targets
  • Able to conduct a sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and reports. 
  • Strong communication skills able to articulate business metrics to Executive team
  • Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a dynamic environment
  • A strong background in Finance – understanding of order management, booking, invoicing, etc 
  • A pragmatic but detailed operational outlook – for executing in a real-time day to day business performance environment 
  • Strong team player yet able to work independently under tight timelines
  • Excellent sales facing skills – as the daily interface for multiple operational activities 
  • 2-5 Years experience in B2B Sales setting within a fast paced, high growth organization
  • University degree is preferred
