We are seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager to support and develop our partnerships channel, drive new revenue-generating opportunities with these Partners, and provide post-sale account management for a select group of high performing partners, including agencies, vendors, and technology brands. 

You must have an entrepreneurial spirit. You thoroughly enjoy sales, negotiations, and building partnerships, and you have a track record of all three. You’re ready and excited to jump into a small team that works hard and plays hard. You should feel comfortable developing high level strategy and then implementing it at the ground/hands-on level.

Your Role…

  • Develop and present a thorough account plan for each Partner
  • Building relationships with various departments within the Partner and their key stakeholders
  • Identify tactical opportunities within a Partner
  • Demonstrate a strong ability to prioritize tasks with effective time management skills
  • Attainment of sales quota, pipeline targets, and accurate sales forecasting through the Partner
  • Help Partners negotiate and close opportunities
  • Proficiency with internal tools such as to track all customer details, including use cases, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting
  • Demonstrate creative thinking on how to build pipeline and foster relationships within Partners
  • Influence/persuade others and gain acceptance/approval of controversial or innovative ideas and concepts
  • Ability to develop & implement strategic plans
  • Good negotiation, program management, organizational, prioritization, and planning skills
  • Self-confident; highly motivated; shows sense of urgency to drive results; high energy; good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong computer skills including a high level of competence using the Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and tools such as Slack, G-Suite
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, handle a fast-paced work environment, deadlines, new challenges, and changing priorities/objectives
  • Develop and enhance sales materials and partnership packages: tailoring packages to meet unique client needs and optimized to close

What you bring to the table…

  • 3+ years of experience working with Channel partners
  • Experience with Large Technology providers
  • Proven track record in target achievement
  • Completion of Sales Methodology training preferred
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Teamwork & Collaboration
  • Presentation skills, including public speaking
  • Sales Product Solution Knowledge
  • Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure partner success across all levels
  • Good understanding of SaaS Sales Process
  • Results-oriented
  • Superior strategic and relationship skills
