Send PIN Reset Email by Username
POST/identity/v2/auth/pin/forgot/username
Sends a PIN reset Email to the User IDentified by their Username, enabling them to reset their PIN if forgotten.

Bad Request - the request is malformed or invalid.
Status Unauthorized: The request requires User authentication.
Forbidden - the client is not allowed to access this resource.
Too Many Requests: The client has sent too many requests in a given amount of time.
