LR Authenticator Mobile Application

LoginRadius Authenticator is a mobile application that enables users to implement Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) within their LoginRadius-enabled applications. MFA is a multi-layered security process that adds extra protection to user accounts. After users enter their login credentials, they must enter a verification code to complete the login process. LoginRadius Authenticator facilitates this step by providing secure one-time passcodes.

The application generates time-based, one-time passwords (TOTPs) that are valid for a single login session, making them significantly more secure than static passwords.

To use this feature, users must install the LoginRadius Authenticator app on their mobile device. Additionally, MFA must be properly configured in the LoginRadius Console.

For further details about MFA settings in the Console, kindly refer to the Multi-Factor Authentication document.

Download the App

  • Available on the App Store for iOS devices.
  • The open-source LoginRadius Authenticator iOS app is here on GitHub.

Ways to Add an Account to the LoginRadius Authenticator:

You can connect your LoginRadius account to the Authenticator app using one of the following methods:

  • Scan a QR Code: Open the LoginRadius Authenticator app and scan the QR code on your application's login screen. Ensure that MFA is enabled in your app settings so the QR code will appear.

  • Enter QR Key Manually: If scanning isn’t an option, manually enter the QR code key and your email address into the app.

Once the account is added, your device will be linked, and you can use the time-based passcodes generated by the app to complete your logins securely.
