This API is used to log in by phone on a Multi-factor authentication enabled LoginRadius site. Multi-Factor Authentication: can be enabled in two ways:
Required case: Multi-factor authentication is enabled forcefully for all users
Optional case: the user can enable Multi-factor authentication on the profile.
