LoginRadius SDKs Release 12.0.0-rc.1
This release introduces standardized SDKs for Go, Node.js, Java, .NET, and PHP, with unified initialization, consistent method contracts, modern authentication methods, and centralized security handling.
Changelog
Added
-
Unified SDK Architecture: Standardized SDK structures, request and response models, and error responses across Go, Node.js, Java, .NET, and PHP.
-
Full API coverage: SDKs now cover the complete LoginRadius Core API surface.
-
Bearer and Machine-to-Machine Bearer token authentication: Configure both authentication methods directly on the client.
-
Local JWT validation utility: Verify tokens issued by your JWT applications without a network call.
-
Centralized configuration and initialization:
- Unified client configuration across all SDKs, with credential validation during construction.
- Optional Request Signing, disabled by default.
- Configurable server selection through an explicit base URL, Tenant domain, or custom domain, with a documented precedence order.
- Server region request parameter support.
- Custom default HTTP headers and Origin IP forwarding on every request.
- Support for a custom underlying HTTP client for proxies, TLS, timeouts, and interceptors.
-
Protected profile routes: Reference demo applications require an active session before profile data is accessible.
-
Passkey and modern authentication workflows:
- Native support for Passkey authentication flows, including login initiation, registration initiation, and registration completion.
- Native support for Passwordless Login through email and OTP.
Improved
-
Top-level package structure: Public SDK repositories now place all library source files and assets at the repository root, simplifying dependency installation.
-
Setup and installation guides: Updated READMEs across all repositories with copy-and-paste installation commands, configuration snippets, and a runnable demo for each language.
-
Security hardening: API Secret and other server-side-only credentials are sent as headers by preference rather than in URLs. Query parameters are used only where the API requires them.
