Usage Notes

Backup codes are single-use; a successfully verified code is invalidated immediately after use. This node is intended as a recovery path when the user's primary MFA device is unavailable: route to it from the Backup Code output of MFA Configured State. After a successful backup code login, direct the user to Download Backup Code or Reset Backup Code to replenish their codes.
