Webhooks

What is Webhooks?
Webhooks are automated messages sent from one system to another whenever a specific event happens. In identity management, they let your CIAM platform share real-time updates, like when a user signs up, logs in, resets a password, or enrolls in MFA. For example, if a new user registers, a webhook can update your CRM, send a welcome email, or log the activity in analytics tools without needing manual work or constant system checks. Webhooks make identity systems smarter by connecting them with the rest of your tech stack in real time.
