Rakesh Soni Founder & CEO

Rakesh Soni is the Founder & CEO of LoginRadius. As a visionary leader, he has led his team to build a platform that makes it easier for millions of people to access technology and place identity at the forefront of security. Soni brings nearly two decades of experience to the company with his expertise in business development, board and investor relationships, fundraising, sales, and marketing. He holds an engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Technology and an MSc from the University of Alberta. Soni also loves to read. His commitment to continuous learning is evident in his dedication to reading over 30 books annually. He often shares his key takeaways with his colleagues and team members, encouraging them to read, learn, and grow together.

Ajoy Anand Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Ajoy Anand is the Chief Operating Officer of LoginRadius. He is responsible for overseeing LoginRadius’ day-to-day operations, working with employees, partners, and customers to deliver on the company’s vision. As a key member of the management, Anand helps set corporate priorities to drive success for the company and its customers. He also provides his leadership in the Finance, Human Resources, Legals, and global operations of the company. Anand holds a degree in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), and an MSc from the University of Alberta. Before joining LoginRadius, Anand was as a lead engineer for Shell Canada.

Karl Wittig VP, Customer Success

Karl Wittig is the Vice President of Customer Success at LoginRadius. With a diploma in Computer Engineering and extensive experience as a technical lead on customer accounts, Karl is well-equipped to help ensure that LoginRadius customers receive unparalleled guidance to architect their identity needs. He has also played a key role in developing several non-core LoginRadius product features, including the Admin Console, API Documentations, and SDKs. Beyond his customer success role, Karl is also the lead solutions engineer for presales engagements, working closely with the product team to evaluate new feature requests and strategize feature design.

Kundan Singh VP, Engineering and InfoSec

Kundan Singh is the VP, Engineering and InfoSec at LoginRadius. He brings over a decade of experience and a strong understanding of the customer identity management landscape. Kundan adopts a strategic approach and collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and customer support, to ensure that the company’s products are secure, reliable, and perfectly aligned with the needs of its customers. Prior to joining LoginRadius, Kundan held executive and leadership positions at companies like BestBuy, Accenture, Ness Technologies and Logica. He has a degree in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT).
