Collecting customer data comes with a serious responsibility—to make sure that data is stored and processed in a way that respects customer privacy and complies with government regulations. Here’s how LoginRadius helps you do that.
Comprehensive encryption capabilities
Encryption in Transit
Data moving between locations is fully encrypted. All data communication from the client browser to the Identity Platform travels over secure HTTPS tunnels with industry-standard ciphers.
Encryption at Rest
For additional security, you can enable the option for encryption at rest for data within the LoginRadius Cloud Directory.
To enhance security for sensitive customer information, you can configure either one-way or two-way encryption on a field-by-field basis.
By default, the LoginRadius Identity Platform performs one-way hashing for critical data such as passwords and security questions with the industry-standard hashing algorithm. This specific encryption protocol is customizable and can be upgraded to a more secure algorithm at any time.
Enforce good password hygiene by creating a custom password policy for your customers. Set expiration periods, limits on reusing previous passwords, and rules for password complexity. You can also add security questions and perform forced resets after password policy updates.
Get consent from new and existing customers and leverage that consent in workflows. You can fully customize what kind of consent you request and how you use it.
Keep track of how your customers want to be contacted. Manage preferences for notifications, email subscriptions, text messages, and other communication channels.
Keep track of privacy policies and know which customer has accepted which policy. Create workflows that trigger actions such as prompting a customer to accept an updated policy.
Make sure that customers meet age requirements by adding a field on your registration forms to request date of birth. Customers below the set age are not able to register for access.
