Founded in Barcelona in 1944, ¡Hola! is a weekly magazine that specializes in the latest celebrity news. Now headquartered in Madrid, Spain, it is published in 30 other countries with the brands ¡Hola!, Hello! and Fashion.
With a combined readership of more than 40 million users per month worldwide, ¡Hola! and its sister magazines are some of the top-selling printed magazines in Spain, and their presence can be found globally.
- Migrating from a different platform
Due to cost and some business disappointments from their previous service provider, ¡Hola! needed a new customer identity and access management (CIAM) vendor they could trust. They also needed one that was able to help them migrate all of their customer identities without affecting the user experience.
- Tight timeline
As the contract with the previous vendor was expiring, it was imperative for ¡Hola! to complete the implementation and migration to a different platform within two months.

As an international brand with multiple web properties, ¡Hola! needed a stable SSO solution that allowed their readers to seamlessly navigate to different pages with ease.

How did we do it?
- Hosted page iframe
The ¡Hola! implementation team used the hosted solution through the LoginRadius Identity Experience Framework. This setup allowed them to customize the login and registration pages directly from the LoginRadius Admin Console. Even though ¡Hola! has numerous web properties, they were able to quickly manage and deploy the multiple login and registration pages from a centralized location. All the while, they have full control over the look and feel of their pages. By using the hosted solution iframe, they were also able to embed the registration window directly in their website to offer a truly connected and seamless experience for their readers.
