Safebridge approached LoginRadius with the following system-centric requirements:
Streamlined User Experience
A holistic, single-point approach to authentication and access was one of Safebridge’s key requirements. Safebridge realized the need for a unified authentication process that would integrate all its platforms.
Trust is the key driving force that binds any customer relationship. To give customers the peace of mind they deserved, Safebridge wanted their data to be safe and stored in a secured location. They needed an identity solution that was tried and tested.
Better Access Permissions
Safebridge wanted to offer greater flexibility in granting permissions. Companies could have various business admins, but they wanted each admin to have their own identity and login credentials.
The goal was to offer an easily maintainable platform where customers can keep track of their admin activities.
Safebridge wanted users to offer more control over their data and self-manage their privacy choices. They needed an identity platform that meets the constantly changing and evolving compliance requirements on a global scale.
To meet Safebridge’s need for a seamless user experience and to complement its business model, we implemented Single Sign-On (SSO) into its system.
We adopted a frictionless approach for companies where they can create a single account instead of separate accounts and become part of the Safebridge universe.
We made it flexible for Safebridge to allow company admins to assign more than one company under a single platform. For example, rather than the company admin losing their account when new users come in, they can now unassign the previous company admin and add the new admin.
We also offered immense flexibility in terms of how the company and business users of the company interact.
To meet Safebridge’s need for ensuring that companies go through all the necessary steps while creating their account, and the information provided is accurate and legally compliant, we implemented progressive profiling.
Safebridge can now acquire more meaningful and accurate customer data throughout their customers’ life cycle.
Custom Fields and Custom Objects
With LoginRadius, Safebridge could add multiple custom fields based on their requirements. This means if they want to carry some data over, they can do so with the help of custom fields.
We also helped customers to store additional data in the form of custom objects. This means every customer is now able to add and retrieve multiple custom objects.
In order to prevent random companies from creating arbitrary accounts on the Safebridge platform, we added a two-step activation process.
Any company willing to register for their courses and training will need to verify their email address and accept the terms and conditions. As they enter all their account-related information, they will be activated.
With LoginRadius, Safebridge is now able to deliver a seamless digital customer experience. For example, it is possible for customers to streamline access with a single identity and log in anywhere they want on the Safebridge platform.
In its entirety, we understand that the key to a secure and effective collaboration is to provide as much self-service as possible. When Safebridge introduced our identity platform to an external team, we ensured that all deliverables were on time, and there were no communication challenges or collaboration delays among the three parties.
We believe relationship building is key to success in the long term. Therefore, to drive Safebridge’s future product requirements, we conveyed the availability of additional features like PIN auth. The goal is to create high-level loyalty in the long run.
Additionally, at the end of the project, Safebridge was able to download all the communication, documents, and data related to the project in a fuss-free manner.
